If Nookrest is in stock when you order, it ships within 3-5 business days. If it's not in stock, it's a pre-order and takes 5-8 weeks from the moment you order before it ships. The product page always shows which one currently applies. Either way, we'll email you once it's on its way.
Free for our first customers (founding orders), anywhere in the Philippines. After the founding offer, a flat ₱899 nationwide. Delivery timing on top of the lead time above will depend on your location.

Because Nookrest is a large, freight-shipped piece of furniture, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Round-trip freight on an item this size costs more than most returns are worth to either of us, so please make sure it's the right choice before ordering.
If your chair arrives damaged, or something isn't working correctly, email abbraccio.ph@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We don't have a formal published warranty term yet. Mechanism or frame issues outside of shipping damage are handled case by case, email us and we'll sort it out.
